Founder and CEO of The innovation Journey
Anouar has over 18 years of rich experience in the aviation industry. She worked in prestigious airlines and ground handling groups and is recognised by her peers as an innovative leader.
Known for her authentic leadership, Anouar has led various innovative initiatives and projects in the aviation industry.
She holds a degree of engineering in Automation and Industrial IT and a master's degree in Aviation Management, she started her career as a project manager in 2002 with Royal Air Maroc where she handled various operational projects before taking over the position of Resource management Manager where she managed the long terms, short term Resource Planning , she then was appointed as head of passenger services leading operations in 3 terminals in Casablanca Hub.
In 2008, she Implemented a Major Business Transformation Project impacting all airline operations, she successfully delivered an IT transition from a traditional departure control system to a new generation of systems in over 60 airports located in 4 continents.
After 10 successful years spent in Royal Air Maroc, she Moved to the middle East and worked with Qatar Airways during 4.5 years as a Head of IT support , PMO and Planning , she built from scratch an excellence centre specialised in strategic and long term resource Planning , optimization of real time resource allocation and BI.
She also managed a PMO department and delivered transformational projects within different specialties: Operation, IT planning, Ground service equipment Management.
Anouar moved to Europe where she worked as VP IT and Planning with Aviapartner Group, she led all aspects of IT for the Ground Handling field : IT devOPS ,IT Application landscape and resource Planning covering 6 countries in Europe , she successfully transformed ideas into strategic actions and contributed to enabling a sustainable growth for Aviapartner Group.
Anouar is the founder and CEO of ANFA Square company, a consultancy firm based in Barcelona. Anfa Square is delivering consultancy in Digitization, business transformation, Ground handling IT Ecosystem and Innovation culture implementation through The Innovation Journey Business Unit.
She is passionate about diverse interests: Machine learning, Abstract Painting, Micro photography, behavioural economics and philosophy.
